It was only a few weeks after I took the class that everything began to shift. I found myself waking up at 3 AM with an urgency to meditate and write. I followed the nudges, not fully understanding why—but feeling completely compelled. The only way I can describe it is a burning desire to know more.
It was 2018 when I signed up for my first “Intuition Class,” and it didn’t take long to realize—I had found my people. I truly felt like I had found my religion. I wasn’t raised religious, and the church thing was never really for me, but spirituality…that felt like the lane I was meant to be in. As I began sharpening my intuition and learning to meditate, the floodgates opened—and I found myself on a path I never saw coming.
The early morning meditations continued for years, and with them came what I can only describe as waves of spiritual insight. The messages felt both wondrous and awe-inspiring. At first, I questioned everything—where were these thoughts coming from? How was I receiving them? Thankfully, I had a Spiritual Mentor who reassured me that this was Spirit working through me. Still, I was so unsure that I didn’t even tell my husband for almost two years. When I finally did, he was curious—and before long, he began meditating too.
Spirit became very clear about why this awakening was happening. I was meant to help bring spirituality to the “Average Joe”—to make it feel real, relatable, and something people could actually understand and use in their everyday lives. The messages were called The Soul’s Wisdom, and I felt a deep pull to share them. And so, I did.
Eight years later, the journey has included plenty of self-doubt—but even more growth. Along the way, Spirit placed incredible teachers in my path who helped me explore and understand different aspects of spirituality in a grounded way. I’ve studied meditation, chakras, energy work, and intuitive development, and have experienced practices like past life regression, channeling, mediumship, astrology, and astropsychology. Today, I’m also a Reiki Master—and still learning, still growing, still listening.
As part of my commitment to Spirit—and to my own soul’s work—I’m so grateful I was introduced to tarot. I never expected it to become such a big part of my life, but I’ve found it to be one of the simplest, most powerful ways for the “Average Joe” to hear and understand the messages Spirit has for them. And when I look back, it’s pretty clear…this is exactly what I’ve been called to do. So no, it’s not a coincidence that tarot has become my jam.
This is just a glimpse into my spiritual awakening—one I feel incredibly grateful to have experienced. I’m thankful for every teacher, every nudge, and every moment that guided me here. And now, I get to pass that wisdom on…in a way that feels real, relatable, and maybe even a little bit magical.
